Staff across the Sheldon Bosley Knight Group – including from within the auction team – have been celebrating their achievements over the past 12 months.
As part of a special award ceremony on Wednesday, January 28, 14 trophies were given out to those who had gone above and beyond in 2025.
The Market Harborough teams scooped three prizes – that of the Jephson Legal Award, income vs target for lettings and the auction referral team of the year.
Evesham won the year-on-year growth for lettings and the Evesham and Pershore teams won the social media award.
Elsewhere there were wins for the Loughborough lettings team with lettings branch of the year, Oadby for income vs target for sales and Leamington, who won sales branch of the year for the second year running.
The professional services award was won by the commercial management team with head of finance, Debbie Watkins winning the outstanding support category.
Mike’s manager of the year went to Shipston-on-Stour sales manager Amy Nicholson, the lettings special award went to Shipston-on-Stour lettings manager, Sarah Scaysbrook and Dan’s dealer of the year was won by auctioneer and partner, Matt Burrows.
